Is Daft Hotel located near the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps?
Yes, Daft Hotel is conveniently located only 9 km from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, making it an ideal stay for race fans and event visitors. Whether you’re attending the Formula 1 Grand Prix, the 24h of Spa-Francorchamps, the Spa 6 hours, WEC, ELMS or another motorsport event, you’ll be close to the action while enjoying a relaxing retreat in the Ardennes.
What types of accommodation do you offer?
We offer hotel rooms (single, double, family) and seasonal Glamping Tipis (from April to September) — perfect for a unique stay surrounded by nature.
Is there a city tax at Daft Hotel?
Yes: € 2,50 per night per person
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3PM and check-out is at the latest 11AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out options are possible upon availability for an additional fee of € 25,00 each. If available, you may check in as early as 12:30 PM and enjoy the hotel facilities, or extend your stay until 12:30 PM.

Do you offer free parking on-site?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for all guests.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport/train station?
There is a bus stop in walking distance to Daft Hotel. Plan your trip via the public transportation websites or apps.
Do you offer airport shuttle service?
No, but we are happy to provide you with the best recommendations for shuttles and transfers. Just send us your request at hello@dafthotel.be.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes. Breakfast is included with your stay and features local, fresh ingredients to start your day right.
What time is breakfast served at Daft Hotel?
The breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Do you offer room service?
No, but you can enjoy tasty drinks & snacks from our self-service honesty bar.
Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available?
We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices for all our meals, including breakfast. Kindly inform us of your dietary preferences in advance.
Do you have a bar or café on-site?
We don’t have a staffed bar or café but do have an honesty bar at which you can serve yourself.
Facilities & Amenities
What amenities and facilities do you provide?
Guests can enjoy our indoor swimming pool, bar, shared lounge, outdoor terrace, garden, and free Wi-Fi. We also provide bike storage, a wash station, and repair kits for cyclists.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Daft Hotel has an indoor swimming pool with underwater music.
Is access to the swimming pool and sauna included in the room rate?
Yes, you may use the swimming pool and sauna during public opening hours (08:00–11:00 / 13:30–19:00) or book a private wellness session for more privacy.
Is Wi-Fi free throughout the hotel?
Yes, Daft Hotel has free Wi-Fi with high speed internet connection all around the hotel (even in the garden).
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets aren’t allowed at the hotel.
Do rooms at Daft Hotel include a coffee machine or kettle?
No, they are not included in your room, but free coffee & tea are available at the self-service honesty bar.
Are rooms at Daft Hotel equipped with a minibar?
No, but we have a self-service honesty bar at the hotel filled with tasty drinks & snacks.
What is supplied in the bathroom at Daft Hotel?
All bathrooms are fully equipped for your comfort with Rituals care products (shower gel, lotion) and a hairdryer.

Can I smoke in my room?
We’re a smoke-free hotel, that means no smoking anywhere inside the hotel, including your room. Lighting up will cost you: we charge a flat € 200,00 cleaning fee if this rule is broken.
Is there an elevator/lift?
No, there is no elevator/lift in the building.
Are baby cots or extra beds available?
Yes, just let us know in advance and we’ll arrange a baby cot for you (subject to availability) at a flat fee of € 18,00.
What kind of outdoor activities or routes are nearby / provided by the hotel?
Daft Hotel offers hike & bike services. We provide routes starting directly from the hotel, maps in GPX format, secure storage for bikes, a wash station and repair kit. While we do not rent bikes ourselves, we can connect you with the best bike rental providers in the Malmedy and Waimes area.
Accessibility & Safety
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately our Hotel is not suited for people with reduced mobility (PMR) as there is no elevator in the building, nor rooms on ground floor.
